Warid to increase maintenance charges


Warid a UAE based telecom company which started its operation in
Pakistan in the year 2005 has announced the increase in maintenance
fee. Warid telecom got license for its services in Pakistan in the
year 2004. From that time Warid has serving millions of its customer
in Pakistan. Warid also took part in the earthquake of 2005. They took
the task of rehabilitation of many families. Today Warid announced the
increase in the charges. A message occuring on Warid's website says:
"We at Warid Telecom always believe in providing our customers with
quality user experience and services. To maintain these standards of
service, maintenance fee has been revised from 1.5% to 2% on all
recharges (scratch card, ezeeload, e-pin, etc.) which shall be
effective from Thursday, 7th June 2012. Applicable taxes shall also be
charged."
