In the first round I will snatch your attention towards dimensions and weight because the more the weight the more difficult to handle.
HTC One X:

Thickness:- 8.9mm.
Weight:- 130 grams.
Samsung Galaxy SIII:
Dimension:- 136.6x70.6
Thickness:- 8.6 mm
Weight:- 133 grams
Huawei Ascend P1:

Thickness:- 7.7 mm

Keeping in view the Dimensions and weight of the three smartphones it is clear that Huawei Ascend P1 is slimmer and has less weight than HTC's and Samsung's smartphone. So the winner is Huawei Ascend P1.
2.Touchscreen:
Samsung Gakaxy SIII and Huawei Ascend P1 comes with Super Amoled Capacitive touchscreen and with 16 M colors. While,HTC One X comes with Super IPS LCD 2 Capacitive touchscreen with 16 M colors(same as in Samsung SIII and Ascend P1). For the touchscreen round,winners' title go to HTC One X.

Htc One X comes with a screen size of 4.7 inches(~312 ppi),Huawei Ascend P1 with 4.3 inches(~256 ppi) and Samsung Galay SIII comes with a screen size of 4.8 inches(~306 ppi). Now a days having smartphone internal memory matters a lot. Without having good internal storage no one can enjoy his/her smartphone.Keeping the important of internal storage Samsung and HTC has built their smartphones with high storage.Samsung Galaxy SIII comes with three different storages i.e, 16GB,32GB,64GB and it also supports a microSD card upto 64GB.On the hand,Huawei Ascend P1 has small internal storage but micro SD can be used to increase its storage.HTC One X also comes with big 32GB internal storage from which there is 26GB internal storage available for user beside this HTC One X doesn't support Micro SD card. Here I should notify you that Samsung Galaxy SIII comes with NFC also. So I decided that on the basis of bluetooth technology and NFC Samsung Galaxy SIII is our winner.

A perfect working camera makes a smartphone more perfect.The three of the smartphones comes with 8 megapixel primary camera. Samsung Galaxy SIII and HTC One X having 8 megapixel camera on the back also has LED Flash. And Huawei Ascend P1 have dual LED flash on its back. Secondary camera of Samsung Galaxy SIII(records video at 720p) and Huawei Ascend P1 is 1.9 mp and 1.3 mp respectively. While HTC One X is packed with a 1.3mp front facing camera(records video at 720p).The primary camera of these smatphones records HD quality video(1080@30fps).

Samsung Galaxy SIII comes with the updated OS Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4. Its rivals the HTC One X and Huawei Ascend P1 comes with Ice Crean Sandwich 4.0.
